在持续推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中以及新时代党的建设总体要求背景下,高职院校机关党建工作关系着高职院校内部治理的水平和高质量发展的成效。当前,高职院校机关党建工作尚存在党务干部履职能力有待提高、机关党建和业务工作尚需融通、机关党建工作活力尚待激发和党建考评指挥棒作用仍需发挥等诸多问题,这些问题制约了高职院校内部治理能力水平的提升。科学分析治理能力现代化视阈下高职院校机关党建工作创新的必要性,紧密结合党对高职院校的教育方针和国家治理能力现代化总体要求,创新高职院校机关党建路径,推进高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Under the background of continuously promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity and the overall requirements of Party construction in the new era, the party construction of higher vocational colleges is related to the level of internal governance and the effectiveness of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
