摘要
红树莓富含维生素和矿物质元素,在治疗人类疾病上有着不可替代的功能,随着社会的发展,加工红树莓果醋和果酒的企业越来越多,加工过程中的红树莓籽被视为废弃物进行处理,造成资源的极大浪费。该研究基于此,对红树莓籽黄酮的加工工艺进行研究,研究结果表明红树莓籽黄酮提取的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶30,乙醇浓度70%,微波时间5 min和微波功率300 W。同时对红树莓籽黄酮的提取成本进行分析,研究结果表明红树莓籽黄酮加工具有很大的市场前景。
Rubus idaeus L.is rich in vitamins and minerals,and has irreplaceable functions in curing human diseases.With the development of society,more and more enterprises process Rubus idaeus L.fruit vinegar and fruit wine,and Rubus idaeus L.seeds in the processing are treated as the wastes,resulting in a great waste of resources.Based on this,the processing technology of flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.seeds is studied.The results show that the optimal extraction technology of flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.seeds is as follows:solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30,ethanol concentration is 70%,microwave time is 5 min and microwave power is 300 W.At the same time,the extraction cost of flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.seeds is analyzed,and the results show that the processing of flavonoids from Rubus idaeus L.seeds has a great market prospect.
