响应面法优化水蒸气蒸馏提取芫荽精油的工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 以芫荽为试验材料,利用响应面法优化水蒸气蒸馏提取芫荽精油的工艺条件,探究液料比、蒸馏时间以及浸泡时间对芫荽精油得率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,各因素对芫荽精油得率的影响顺序依次为液料比>蒸馏时间>浸泡时间;最佳工艺为液料比14.0(mL/g)、蒸馏时间9.2 h、浸泡时间9.2 h,芫荽精油的得率为(0.496±0.041)%,与预测值0.500%存在0.80%的相对误差,证明响应面法优化芫荽精油提取工艺稳定、可靠,能够为芫荽精油的开发利用提供一定的理论依据和试验基础。 With Coriandrum sativum L.as the test material,the process conditions of steam distillation method for extraction of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L.are optimized by response surface methodology(RSM),and the effects of liquid-solid ratio,distillation time and soaking time on the yield of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L.are investigated to determine the optimal process conditions.The results show that the order of influencing factors on the yield of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L.is liquid-solid ratio>distillation time>soaking time.The optimal extraction conditions are liquid-solid ratio 14.0(mL/g),distillation time 9.2 h,soaking time 9.2 h.The yield of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L.is(0.496±0.041)%,with the relative error of 0.80%compared with the predicted value 0.500%,which has proved that the optimization of extraction process of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L.by response surface method is stable and reliable,which could provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the development and utilization of essential oils from Coriandrum sativum L..
