输尿管支架相关症状的影响因素及防治

Influencing factors and prevention of ureteral stent-related symptoms

输尿管支架相关症状是留置输尿管支架后的常见并发症,严重影响患者术后生活质量。导致其发生的可能因素有尿液返流、支架管材质、末端设计及支架管长度等。现有的研究表明,选用新型末端支架管,调整末端位置及局部应用药物等措施能够有效预防输尿管支架相关症状的发生。药物治疗则是缓解输尿管支架相关症状的主要方法,已在临床实践中被证实具有一定疗效。本文就输尿管支架相关症状的影响因素、预防及治疗措施进行文献综述,旨在为临床实践提供参考。

Ureteral stent-related symptoms(USS)are common complications after indwelling of ureteral stent,which seri⁃ously affect patients’quality of life.The factors that may cause USS include urine reflux,stent material,stent end design,stent length and so on.Researches indicate that use of new-type end stent,adjustment of stent end position and local drug appli⁃cation are useful for the prevention of USS.Clinical practice proves that drug therapy can also alleviate USS.This article reviews the influencing factors,preventative and therapeutic measures of USS,aiming to provide some reference in clinical practice.
