本文依据客户需求,主要对连接器端子的弹片与芯线压接尾部进行设计研究,然后对其进行CAE分析,最后进行试验验证。为连接器端子的设计提供了一套正向的设计思路和方法。

Based on customer requirements, this paper mainly designs and studies the bullet and core end of connector terminal, then conducts CAE analysis, and finally conducts test verification. It provides a set of forward design ideas and methods for connector terminal design.
