江西省公安交通管理综合应用平台分布式架构改造的实践与思考

为进一步深化公安交管“放管服”改革,深入推进道路交通事故预防“减量控大”工作,公安部交管局部署各地开展公安交通管理综合应用平台分布式架构改造工作。江西省公安厅交通管理局从2020年开始,着手组织项目立项和实施的相关工作。目前,已完成项目立项、政府采购、项目实施和初步验收等核心工作。本文通过梳理该项目实施前后的相关情况,总结工作经验和做法,提出后续管理措施,旨在为其它单位实施该项目或对类似信息系统实施改造提供参考。

In order to further deepen the"delegating power,improving regulation and upgrading services"in traffic management departments of public security and promote the work of"Reducing the number of traffic accidents and curbing the major ones"of road traffic accident prevention,the Traffic Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security has asked local traffic police departments across China to carry out the transformation of the distributed architecture of the Integrated Application Platform of Public Security Traffic Management.Starting from 2020,the Jiangxi Traffic Administration Bureau has been organizing the project approval and implementation.At present,the core work of project approval,government procurement,project implementation and preliminary acceptance has been basically completed.By sorting out the relevant situations before and after the implementation of the project,the paper summarizes work experiences and practices and proposes follow-up management measures to provide a reference for other organizations which implement the project or transform the similar information system.
