中石油财务共享服务建设中阿米巴经营理念的应用 被引量:1

摘要 中石油业务分布广泛、人员区域集中,要将数字化转型作为推进集团公司治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大战略举措,必须借助于共享服务建设,特别是财务共享服务建设。随着中石油财务共享建设的稳步实施,各地区公司将大量财务业务交付给财务共享服务中心处理,要满足各单位个性化需求与财务共享服务标准化要求,需要不断地进行业务系统对接融合,重点分析两者之间如何协调,个性化如何融入标准化范畴,有效整合资源,推进跨专业、跨部门财务信息共享和业务协同。通过对阿米巴经营理念应用于财务共享服务流程的分析,探索如何划小共享单元,消灭非必须环节,最大限度地优化流程,提升用户体验,最大程度减少问题处理环节,提高处理效率。 CNPC’s business is widely distributed and its personnel are concentrated in different regions.In order to take digital transformation as a major strategic measure to promote the modernization of the group’s corporate governance system and governance capacity,it must rely on the help of shared service construction,especially the financial shared service construction.With the steady implementation of CNPC’s financial shared construction,regional companies have delivered a large number of financial businesses to the financial shared service center for processing.The personalized needs of each company and the standardization of financial shared service require continuous docking and integration of business systems.Focus on how to coordinate between the two,how to integrate personalization into standardization,effectively integrate resources,and promote financial information sharing and business collaboration of interdisciplinary and interdepartment.Through the analysis of the application of Amoeba’s business philosophy in financial shared service process,this paper explores how to split shared units and eliminate non-essential segments,how to maximize process optimization and improve the user experiences,so as to reduce problem handling procedure to the most extent and improve processing efficiency.
