日粮中添加山楂-复合益生菌粉对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Adding Hawthorn Compound Probiotic Powder in Diet on Production Performance and Egg Quality of Laying Hens

摘要 为探究山楂-复合益生菌粉对蛋鸡采食量、产蛋率和蛋品质等指标的影响,试验选取38周龄健康正大褐蛋鸡450只,随机分成5组,在日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.1%(处理1组)、0.3%(处理2组)、0.5%(处理3组)、1.0%(处理4组)山楂-复合益生菌粉,连续饲喂8周,测定生产性能和蛋品质。结果表明:与对照组(0添加量)相比,处理3组(0.5%添加量)的日均产蛋量、平均蛋重、产蛋率分别显著提高了6.97%、3.93%、12.78%,料蛋比和破蛋率分别显著下降5.91%和61.67%。处理3、4组蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组,处理2、3、4组的哈氏单位显著高于对照组,处理3组的蛋壳率显著高于对照组。综合蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质指标表明0.5%的山楂-复合益生菌粉(处理3组)对蛋鸡生产具有积极作用。 In order to explore the effects of hawthorn compound probiotic powder on feed intake, laying rate and egg quality of laying hens, A total of 450 thirty-eight-week-old healthy Zhengda Brown laying hens were randomly divided into five groups. Hawthorn compound probiotic powder was added to the diet respectively,including 0 (control group), 0.1% (treatment group 1), 0.3% (treatment group 2), 0.5% (treatment group 3) and 1.0% (treatment group 4). The production performance and egg quality were measured for 8 weeks. The results showed that compared with the control group (0 addition), the daily average egg production, average egg weight and egg laying rate of the three treatment groups (0.5% addition) were significantly increased by 6.97%, 3.93% and 12.78%,respectively, while the feed egg ratio and egg breaking rate significantly decreased by 5.91% and 61.67%, respectively.The eggshell color, eggshell strength, protein height and egg yolk color of treatment groups 3 and 4 were significantly higher than those of the control group, the Hastelloy units of treatment groups 2, 3 and 4 were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the eggshell rate of treatment group 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group. The comprehensive indexes of laying hens’ production performance and egg quality showed that 0.5% Hawthorn compound probiotic powder (treatment group 3) had a positive effect on laying hens’ production.
