益卵千金粉对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的益卵千金粉对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能的影响,选用57周龄健康状况良好、体重及产蛋率相近的太行鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,4个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%益卵千金粉的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期14 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,0.6%益卵千金粉组的产蛋率和日平均采食量均显著升高,分别提高了3.18%和6.89%(P<0.05),平均日产沙皮蛋数明显降低,降低了54.79%(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,0.6%益卵千金粉组综合蛋品质最优,可提高蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色以及哈氏单位,分别提高了7.02%、3.39%、9.54%和3.65%(P<0.05),但对蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数均影响不显著;(3)与对照组相比,4个试验组均可显著提高血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG含量(P<0.05),1.2%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高38.02%、17.18%和47.03%(P<0.05),0.9%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高33.54%、15.94%和42.20%(P<0.05),0.6%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高22.00%、14.91%和32.33%(P<0.05)。综上所述,结合试验效果和经济效益推荐饲粮中添加0.6%益卵千金粉,能够显著提高太行鸡的产蛋率,改善蛋品质,并能增强机体的免疫功能。 The purpose of the experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of beneficial egg powder on the performance, egg quality and immune function of Taihang chickens. A total of 450 Taihang chickens with good health, similar weight and egg production rate at 57 weeks of age were randomly dirided into five groups with three replicates per group and 30 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, and four experiment groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2% beneficial egg powder. The pre-feeding period was 7 days, and the formal trial period was 14 days. The results showed that(1)The egg laying rate and average daily food intake of the group supplemented with 0.6% beneficial egg powder significantly increased 3.18% and 6.89%(P<0.05) compared with the control group, respectively;and the average number of sand shell eggs per day was significantly reduced 54.79%(P<0.05).(2) Compared with the control group, the comprehensive egg quality of the 0.6% beneficial egg powder group was the best, and the egg weight,eggshell strength, egg yolk color and Harley unit were increased by 7.02%, 3.39%, 9.54% and 3.65%,respectively(P<0.05), but eggshell thickness and egg shape index were not significantly affected.(3) Compared with the control group, the contents of IgA, IgM and IgG in the serum of the four trial groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), the contents of IgA, IgM and IgG in the serum of the 1.2% beneficial egg powder group were increased by 38.02 %, 17.18% and 47.03%(P<0.05), and the contents of IgA, IgM and IgG in the serum of the0.9% beneficial egg powder group were increased by 33.54%, 15.94% and 42.20%(P<0.05), Serum IgA, IgM and IgG in 0.6% beneficial egg powder group increased by 22.00%, 14.91% and 32.33%(P<0.05), respectively. In conclusion, adding 0.6% beneficial egg powder to Taihang chicken diets could significantly improve egg laying rate,egg quality and immune function.
