溶血卵磷脂对三文鱼高脂饲料中鱼油替代方案的贡献 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在探讨在三文鱼高脂饲料用菜籽油替代鱼油方案中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend(主要成分为溶血卵磷脂)对三文鱼生长性能、消化率和肝体指数的贡献,为水产高脂饲料的开发应用提供技术参考。试验采用单因子随机分组设计,在挪威北方大学开展,同一批次中挑选体重207 g左右的三文鱼随机分成3个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复水族箱中30条鱼,3个处理组分别为正对照(CP)组(5.9%鱼油+13.8%菜籽油)、负对照(CN)组(3.9%鱼油+14.8%菜籽油)、试验(KL)组(CN组+750 g·t^(-1)水产专用利舒宝TMExtend),试验期84 d。结果表明:(1)用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油所造成的三文鱼生长减缓可以通过添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend来补偿,即在负对照组中添加750 g·t^(-1)水产专用利舒宝TMExtend可显著抑制用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油所引起的饲料转化率降低。(2)用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油可降低三文鱼的终重和特定生长率,但在负对照组中加入水产专用利舒宝TMExtend后其终重和特定生长率与正对照组一样;(3)正对照组的蛋白质效率显著高于负对照和试验日粮,试验组有比负对照组更高的趋势(P=0.057),表明在负对照组中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend提高了蛋白质效率;(4)负对照组的脂肪消化率和效率比正对照组低,添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend的试验组的数值居于两者之间,表明在负对照组中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend提高了脂肪消化率和效率;(5)试验组鱼的肝体指数低于正对照组,表明水产专用利舒宝TMExtend可以减少脂肪在肝脏中的占比,提升鱼体的健康度。 This experiment was examined the contribution of Lysoforte extend dry for Aqua(the Main component is Lysolecithin) on growth, digestibility and Hepatosomatic indexes of salmon in the solution of replacing fish oil with rapeseed oil in salmon high fat diet, and to provide technical references for the development and application of aquatic high-fat feed. A single-factor randomized design was used in the experiment. The experiment was carried out in Nord University, Norway. The same batches of 207 g salmon were randomly divided into three groups. Four replicate tanks per treatment were used, 30 fish per tank. Three treatment groups were positive control group named CP(5.9% fish oil and 13.8% rapeseed oil), negative control group named CN(3.9% fish oil and 14.8%rapeseed oil), and experimental group named KL(negative control + 750 g·t^(-1)Lysoforte extend dry). The experiment period was 84 days. The results showed that:(1) By adding Lysoforte extend dry could compensate the decrease in growth caused by substituting 2% fish oil with 1% rapeseed oil. It meant that the addition of 750 g·t^(-1)Lysoforte extend dry to the negative control could significantly increase the decrease of feed conversion rate caused by 1%rapeseed oil instead of 2% fish oil.(2) Substituting 2% fish oil by 1% rapeseed oil reduces the final weight and specific growth rate of salmon. But the final weight and specific growth rate of salmon were the same as positive control after adding Lysoforte extend.(3) Protein efficiency ratio of positive control was significantly higher than negative control and experimental group. The trend of experimental group was higher than that negative control(P=0.057). It indicating that the addition of Lysoforte extend dry in negative control could improve protein efficiency.(4) Lipid digestibility and efficiency of negative control were lower than that positive control, experimental group having intermediate results. It was showing that the addition of Lysoforte extend dry to the negative control improved lipid digestibility and efficiency.(5) Hepatosomatic indexes of fish in the experimental group were lower than of the control,indicating that Lysoforte extend dry could reduce the proportion of fat in the liver and improve the health of salmon.
