单剂量一次性注射Ⅰ型鸭病毒性肝炎卵黄抗体的安全性试验

Safty Test of Yolk Antibody Against Type 1 Duck Viral Hepatitis by Single Dose Injection

为确定Ⅰ型鸭病毒性肝炎卵黄抗体对鸭生产性能的影响,取3批次卵黄抗体以单剂量一次性分别皮下注射7日龄樱桃谷肉鸭10只,1.0 mL·只^(-1) ,观察14 d。结果表明:3批卵黄抗体组鸭平均日增重分别为81.75、82.35 g·只^(-1) 和81.94 g·只^(-1) ,对照鸭平均日增重为82.11 g·只^(-1) ,试验组与对照组间无明显差异(P>0.05);所有雏鸭均健活,采食、饮水、行为、排便等均未见异常,无临床不良反应;注射部位未见红、肿、硬结等炎性反应;系统剖检均未见实质性脏器和空腔脏器异常,注射局部吸收良好。

In order to determine the effect of yolk antibody against type 1 duck viral hepatitis on duck production performance,three batches of yolk antibodies were subcutaneously injected into 10 seven-day-old Cherry Valley ducks(1.0 mL·piece^(-1) )at one single dose for 14 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of ducks in yolk antibody groups was 81.75,82.35 g·piece^(-1) and 81.94 g·piece^(-1) ,respectively,and that of control ducks was 82.11 g/duck,with no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).All the ducklings were healthy,and there were no abnormalities in feeding,drinking,behavior and defecation,and no clinical adverse reactions.No inflammatory reactions such as redness,swelling and induration were observed at the injection site.No abnormality was found in substantial organs and cavity organs by systematic autopsy,and local absorption was good after injection.
