一例蛋鸡沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌混合感染的实验室诊断

Laboratory Diagnosis of a Case of Mixed Infection of Salmonella and Escherichia coli in Laying Hens

沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌是蛋鸡养殖中常见的病原菌,若防治不当,会影响蛋鸡生长,降低产蛋性能,损害蛋鸡的养殖效益。为了对山东省济南市金谷源养殖场发病蛋鸡进行确诊,采集病料,通过细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定和药敏试验确定病原菌及其耐药性。结果显示:发病蛋鸡为沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌混合感染,两种不同病原菌均对阿米卡星、氯霉素、头孢唑啉、头孢哌酮、头孢他啶、红霉素这6种药物高度敏感,最后提出了蛋鸡混合感染的治疗和预防措施,对蛋鸡沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌的混合感染防治具有指导价值。

Salmonella and Escherichia coli are common pathogens in laying hens. If they are not properly controlled, they will affect the growth of laying hens, reduce their laying performance and damage the breeding efficiency of laying hens. In order to diagnose the diseased laying hens on Jinguyuan Farm of Jinan City, Shandong Province, the diseased materials were collected, and the pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance were determined by bacterial isolation and culture, gram staining, biochemical identification and drug sensitivity test.The results showed that the affected laying hens were mixed infection of Salmonella and Escherichia coli, and the two different pathogens were highly sensitive to six drugs including amikacin, chloramphenicol, cefazolin, cefoperazone,ceftazidime and erythromycin. Finally, the treatment and prevention measures of mixed infection of laying hens were put forward, which had guiding value for the prevention and control of mixed infection of Salmonella and Escherichia coli in laying hens.
