基于零排放目标的生态型尾矿库概论

摘要 现有设计标准下尾矿库无法达到零排放,而生态型尾矿库可以通过截洪设施,如截洪坝、坡面槽栅式排洪廊道将天然雨水外排;拦洪坝和污水处理设施,经多库调洪蓄洪及尾矿水处理可以实现尾矿库内水量平衡,不外排;采用原生态防渗技术做到库内污染水不外渗、不泄漏。在尾矿库安全可靠的前提下实现零排放。 Under the existing design standards,the tailings pond can not achieve zero emissions,while the ecological tailings pond can discharge the natural rainwater through flood interception facilities,such as flood interception dam and slope trough grid flood drainage gallery;the flood detention dam and sewage treatment facilities can realize the water balance in the tailings pond without discharge through multi reservoir flood regulation and storage and tailings water treatment;the original ecological anti-seepage technology is adopted to ensure that the polluted water in the reservoir does not leak.Zero emissions,shall be realized on the premise of safety and reliability of tailings pond.
