近年来,炼铁厂通过高炉大中修、技术改造和“四新”技术引进提升高炉装备水平。建立相应技术标准,根据市场情况调整配料,降低生铁成本,在原燃料条件持续劣化,锌负荷和碱负荷居高不下的情况下,高炉基本保持了炉况的稳定顺行,高炉生铁成本居国内前列。

In recent years,the ironmaking plant has improved the level of blast furnace equipment through large and medium maintenance,technical transformation and"four new"technology introduction.With the continuous deterioration of raw and fuel conditions and the high zinc load and alkali load,the blast furnace has basically maintained a stable and smooth operation,and the cost of pig iron of blast furnace is in the forefront in China.
