摘要
通过对Q235B钢板冷弯断裂试样进行化学成分分析、宏观断口分析、金相检验及扫描电镜能谱分析,确定了硅(铝)酸盐夹杂、硫化物夹杂、带状组织是导致冷弯断裂的原因。采取保护浇注、炉外精炼、夹杂物变性处理、使用优质耐材等措施,可有效预防冷弯断裂现象的发生。
According to analysis chemical composition、macroscope fracture、microstructure,and EDX(energy dispersive microanalysis)with SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)were carried out on the fractured Q235B samples after cold bending.The result shows that the existence of silicate(aluminates)and sulfide inclusions,and banded structure is the mainly cause for the fracture.The occurrence of cold bending fracture can be effectively prevented by taking measures such as protective pouring,secondary refining,inclusion modification treatment and the use of high-quality refractory materials.
