摘要
通过对不同工艺条件下的钢材产品进行数据统计分析,找到产品成分偏差状况。理论上主要从钢水吹氩和钢的凝固偏析进行深入的分析,了解焊接因素对钢材产品的影响。综合影响产品成分偏差的所有因素,制定相应的控制措施,措施实施后,钢材产品成分合格率是可以控制到99.9%以上的。
Through the statistical analysis of the data of steel products under different process conditions,the deviation of product composition was found.In theory,the influence of welding factors on steel products is analyzed mainly from Argon blowing and solidification segregation of steel.In this paper,all the factors affecting the composition deviation of products,the formulation of the corresponding control measures,steel products composition qualified rate can be controlled to more than 99.9%.
