罩式退火工艺冷轧碳素结构钢粘接缺陷研究与治理

摘要 通过开展某钢厂冷轧碳素结构钢Q235板面粘接缺陷产生机理分析排查,锁定了板面粘接缺陷产生的根本原因,并制定针对性控制措施,解决了冷轧碳素结构钢Q235长期存在的板面粘接缺陷,提高了产品合格率,降低了尾卷切除损失,同时为后期冷轧优质碳素结构钢的开发和罩式炉退火工艺的制定充实了理论基础同时积累了较为丰富的现场经验。 Through the analysis and investigation of the mechanism of the surface bonding defects of cold-rolled carbon structural steel Q235 in a steel plant,the root causes of the surface bonding defects were locked,and targeted control measures were formulated to solve the long-standing surface bonding defects of cold-rolled carbon structural steel Q235,improve the product qualification rate and reduce the tail coil removal loss,at the same time,it enriches the theoretical basis for the later development of cold-rolled high-quality carbon structural steel and the formulation of BAF annealing process,and accumulates rich field experience.
