冶金类高等职业院校学生工匠精神的培育研究

The Study on Cultivating the Craftsman Spirit of Students in Metallurgical Higher Vocational Colleges

涓涓见沧海,匠心筑国魂,当今时代国家不仅需要高端的科研人才,也需要具备高技能、真技术的人才,在更加注重品质和质量的“工匠时代”,工匠精神亦显得十分重要。冶金类专业的学生作为未来走向冶金类工作岗位的主力军,在学生时代培养学生的工匠精神,使其成为工匠精神的继承者和传承人,冶金类高等职业院校对学生工匠精神的培养具有十分重要的意义。本文选择冶金类职业院校学生的工匠精神作为研究对象,首先对工匠精神进行具体的概述,探讨冶金类高等职业院校培育学生工匠精神的重要意义,通过文献研究的方法对冶金类高等职业院校学生工匠精神培育的问题进行总结,最后提出从国家、学校、教师以及学生等四方面培育学生工匠精神的具体措施,使学生能够具有崇高的精神价值追求和理想。

The trickle drains the larger sea,the craftsmanship builds the national soul.Currently,the country not only needs the research talents with high quality,but also the qualified personnel with high skills and genuine technologies.In the era of craftsman when the national more focuses on quality,craftsmanship spirit is especially important.As the main force entering into the metallurgical operating post,metallurgical higher vocational college has an important play in the formation,development and inheritance of students'craftsman spirit.This paper chooses the craftsmanship spirit in metallurgical vocational colleges as the research object and probes into the importance of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit for students in metallurgical higher vocational colleges and then by the literature research and specific analysis of craftsmanship spirit.And then,we summarizes the issues existing in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in metallurgical higher vocational college students.In the end,we put forward the measures to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of students from the four aspects of the country,school,teachers and students.
