2型糖尿病预防及治疗项目干预效果研究综述

Review of Intervention Effects of Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Programs

目的:对国际上具有典型意义的2型糖尿病预防及治疗项目的干预效果进行梳理。方法:运用文献分析法,比较现有大型的、具有前瞻性特征的干预项目研究结局,同时根据干预方式将研究分为预防及治疗项目,并从干预效果角度开展文献分析。结果:共纳入8项干预研究,发现糖尿病前期预防项目的生活方式干预较药品干预效果更佳;糖尿病患病后治疗项目的干预效果有效性减弱;国内干预项目的成本效益评价研究有待丰富。结论:建议前置2型糖尿病的防治举措,建立整合联动的防治体系,强化卫生经济学评价研究。

OBJECTIVE The intervention effect of the typical international type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment project was reviewed.METHODS Using the method of literature analysis,it compared the research outcomes of existing large-scale intervention projects with prospective characteristics,divided the research into prevention and treatment projects according to the intervention methods,and carried out literature analysis from the perspective of intervention effect.RESULTS 8 intervention studies were included.It was found that the lifestyle intervention of prophylactic prophylaxis was better than that of drug intervention.The effectiveness of intervention after treatment of diabetes was reduced.The cost-benefit evaluation of domestic intervention projects needed to be enriched.CONCLUSION It was suggested that prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes should be adopted,establish an integrated and linkage prevention and control system,strengthen the evaluation and research of health economics.
