包头市固阳县第二中学学生体检情况分析

Analysis of Physical Examination of Students in Guyang No.2 Middle School of Baotou

目的:了解包头市固阳县青少年身心健康状况,为制定健康管理方案和实施健康干预措施提供参考。方法:以2018年和2020年包头市固阳县第二中学在校学生为研究对象,收集学生健康体检数据。体检项目包括生长发育、脊柱检查、视力检查、甲状腺检查、心脏检查、口腔检查以及心理健康检查。结果:与2018年相比,2020年固阳县第二中学学生脊柱侧弯检出率下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=109.460,P<0.05);学生视力下降,差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.590,P<0.01);甲状腺异常检出率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=236.895,P<0.01);心电图异常检出率上升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.831,P<0.01);恒牙患龋率、牙龈炎检出率、牙齿正畸率均上升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为8.397、848.574和377.943,P值均<0.01);学生心理健康状况不佳检出率下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.072,P<0.05)。结论:相关部门应高度重视青少年健康状况,采取更积极的保健措施提高学生健康水平。

OBJECTIVE To understand the physical and mental health status of adolescents in Guyang county by analyzing the physical and mental health data of students in Guyang No.2 middle school for two years,and to provide reference for formulating adolescent health management programs and implementing health intervention measures.METHODS Students of Guyang No.2 middle school in 2018 and 2020 were selected as the research objects.Student physical examination data including growth and development,spinal examination,vision examination,thyroid examination,cardiac examination,dental examination and mental health examination were collected.RESULTS The incidence of scoliosis in 2020 was lower than that in 2018(χ^(2)=109.460,P<0.05).Students decreased vision and the difference was significant(Z=-7.590,P<0.01).The detection rate of abnormal thyroid gland had decreased significantly,and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=236.895,P<0.01).The detection rate of ECG abnormalities had increased,and the difference was statistical significant(χ^(2)=17.831,P<0.01).The caries rate,gingivitis detection rate and orthodontic rates all increased,and the difference was statistical significant(χ^(2)=8.397,848.574,377.943,respectively,P<0.01).The detection rate of students’ poor mental health status had decreased and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=6.072,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The state of health of students in the school was not optimistic.Relevant departments should attach great importance to the state?of?health of teenagers and take more active health care measures to improve the health level of students.
