上海市宝山区预防接种人力资源现况调查及公平性分析

Analysis on the Status and Equity of Human Resources for Vaccination in Baoshan District of Shanghai

目的:通过对上海市宝山区预防接种人力资源进行现况调查及公平性分析,为进一步提升预防接种工作质量提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性流行病学调查方法对宝山区预防接种人力资源现况进行调查,运用基尼系数对预防接种人力资源按人口和地域分布的公平性进行评价。结果:宝山区597名预防接种人员中女性占84.76%,平均年龄为(35.33?8.27)岁,以本科和大专学历为主,73.20%为护理专业,初级职称比例达72.19%,平均从事预防接种的年限为5.77年。城镇地区拥有的人均人力资源明显高于远郊地区。预防接种人员数和专职人员数按人口和地域面积分布的基尼系数大多在0.4以下。结论:宝山区预防接种人力资源公平性基本合理,但存在预防接种人员年龄分布不均衡、缺少高技术职称人才、公共卫生专业人员相对不足等问题。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the status and equity of human resources for vaccination in Baoshan district,to provide a scientific basis for further improvement of vaccination work quality.METHODS Descriptive epidemiological survey method was used to analyze the current situation of vaccination human resources in Baoshan district,and the Gini coefficient was used to evaluate the equity according to population distribution and geographical distribution.RESULTS Among the 597 vaccination staff in Baoshan district,women accounted for 84.76%.The average age was 35.33 years old.Most of them had bachelor’s degree and junior college degree;73.2% staff were nursing majors;72.19% staff were junior titles.The average number of years engaged in vaccination was5.77 years.The per capita human resources in urban areas were significantly higher than those in suburban areas.The Gini coefficients of the number of vaccination clinics,vaccination staff and full-time staff in Baoshan district according to the distribution of population and geographical area were basically below 0.4.CONCLUSION human resources of vaccination in Baoshan district were fairly distributed.However there were some problems,such as an uneven age distribution of vaccination personnel,lack of high technical title personnel,and relative shortage of public health professionals.
