生长激素激发试验患儿不良反应观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of the Children with Adverse Reactions of Growth Hormone Challenge Test

目的:探讨能够促进生长激素激发试验顺利完成的有效方法。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月—2021年1月在四川大学华西第二医院进行精氨酸+左旋多巴生长激素激发试验的986例患儿资料。在试验前、试验中、试验后对患儿加强宣教、观察和护理。结果:986例患儿中,有985例顺利完成试验,占患儿总数的99.9%。有166例患儿出现不良反应症状,占患儿总数的16.84%,不良反应依次为恶心、呕吐、头晕、面色潮红和低血糖,无需特殊处理,症状自行缓解。结论:精氨酸+左旋多巴生长激素激发试验方法是安全的,采取健康教育、全程精心护理,可以提高生长激素激发试验的安全性,保证试验的有效进行。

OBJECTIVE To explore an effective method to promote the successful completion of growth hormone challenge test.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the data of 986 children who underwent arginine+levodopa growth hormone challenge test admitted to the Department of Pediatric Genetics,Metabolism and Endocrinology from June 2020 to January 2021.RESULTS 985 had successfully completed the trial,accounting for 99.9%,among the 986 children.There were 166 children with adverse reactions,accounting for 16.84%,among which 164 Children were nausea,vomiting,dizziness,flushing,without special treatment,symptoms resolved.CONCLUSION Arginine+levodopa growth hormone stimulation test method was safe.Taking health education and whole-process careful care could improve the safety of growth hormone stimulation test and ensure the effective implementation of the test.
