2014—2020年酒泉市居民死因顺位及变化趋势分析

Order and Trend Analysis of Causes of Death in Jiuquan from 2014 to 2020

目的:分析2014—2020年酒泉市居民的死亡特征,明确其死因顺位及变化趋势,为确定当地重点疾病及政府决策提供依据。方法:收集整理2014—2020年酒泉市居民死因监测信息,采用描述流行病学的方法阐述酒泉市居民死因顺位的“三间”分布,并观察死因变化趋势。结果:2014—2020年酒泉市居民前5位死因依次为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤与中毒以及消化系统疾病。结论:循环系统疾病、肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病仍是酒泉市居民的主要死因,应采取有针对性的措施降低其造成的健康损失。

OBJECTION To analyze the death characteristics of residents in Jiuquan from 2014 to 2020,and to clarify the order and changing trend of death causes,so as to provide a basis for determining the local key diseases and government decision-making.METHODS It collected and collated the surveillance information of the cause of death of residents in Jiuquan from 2014 to 2020.It used the method of descriptive epidemiology to describe the death level of residents in Jiuquan and the three distributions of death causes.It observed the changing trend of death causes in the past seven years.RESULTS The top five causes of death of residents in Jiuquan from 2014 to 2020 were circulatory system diseases,respiratory system diseases,tumor,injury and poisoning,and digestive system diseases.CONCLUSION Chronic diseases such as circulatory system diseases and tumors were still the main causes of death of residents in Jiuquan,and targeted measures should be taken to reduce the health loss caused by them.
