德蒙关系的历史嬗变与前景展望

Historical Evolvement and Prospects of Germany-Mongolian Relations

1950年德意志民主共和国与蒙古国建交,1974年德意志联邦共和国与蒙古国建交,1990年两德统一为德蒙关系注入新的动力。1950年至今,德蒙关系大致经历了三个发展阶段:“冷战”时期的社会主义同盟期(1950~1990年)、两德统一后的互信建立期(1990~2000年)、21世纪的全面合作期(2001年至今)。2008年德蒙确立了全面伙伴关系,各领域合作不断深化。近10年来,两国关系步入了快车道,正迅速迈向战略伙伴关系。蒙古国需要德国的援助和投资,德国则看重蒙古国的矿产资源,尤其是稀土储量,德蒙两国合作各取所需,目前对中蒙关系尚无竞争性影响。

The development of Germany-Mongolian relations has undergone three phases since 1950,i.e.,the period of socialist alliance in theCold War era 1950-1990,of the building of mutual trust since the reunification ofEast and West Germany in 1990,and of the comprehensive cooperation since2001.Germany and Mongolia established comprehensive partnership in 2008 andthe bilateral relations have been developing rapidly.Germany-Mongolian relationsare characterized by complementarity as Mongolia is in need of aid and investmentfrom Germany while Germany values Mongolia’s mineral resources especially rareearth resources.So far,their relations have demonstrated no competitive impact onChina-Mongolian ties.
