益生菌在畜禽肠道疾病防治中的研究进展

Research progress of probiotics in prevention and control of intestinal diseases of livestock and poultry

畜禽肠道疾病的发生发展与其肠道菌群失调密切相关。益生菌作为一类对宿主健康有益的微生物,通过保护肠道上皮屏障、调节肠道黏膜免疫,抵抗肠道病原感染和氧化应激,促进机体营养吸收等方式发挥其益生效能。研究发现,益生菌在防治畜禽腹泻疾病、禽类坏死性肠炎、畜禽肠道过敏性疾病等方面具有显著作用。对益生菌的生理功能和其在畜禽肠道疾病防治中的研究和应用进行综述,并对益生菌的研究前景进行展望,以期为益生菌的研究和应用提供思路。

The occurrence and development of intestinal diseases in livestock and poultry are closely related to the imbalance of their intestinal flora.Probiotics,as a class of healthy microorganisms,exert their probiotic efficacy by protecting intestinal epithelial barrier,regulating intestinal mucosal immunity,resisting intestinal pathogen infection and oxidative stress and promoting nutrient absorption.It is found that probiotics play a significant role in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea disease,necrotizing enteritis and intestinal allergic disease in livestock and poultry.This paper mainly reviews the physiological functions of probiotics and their research and application in the prevention and control of livestock and poultry intestinal diseases,and provides an outlook on the research prospect of probiotics,in order to provide ideas for the research and application of probiotics.
