河北省农村基本公共服务供给现状、问题及对策

加强农村基本公共服务体系建设是乡村振兴中的重要一环,是提升农民生活幸福感,激发农民内驱动力的重要举措。河北省农村人口基数大,农村城镇数量多,如何改善河北省农村的村容村貌从而提升农民幸福指数是一项重要课题。从农村基本公共服务质量、农村基本公共服务供给制度、农民意愿表达机制三方面分析制约河北省农村基本公共服务供给水平提升的原因,并提出相应对策建议。

At this stage,both China’s most arduous tasks and China’s most profound foundation lie in the countryside.The improvement of rural basic public services supply is an important part of rural revitalization,and is a major initiative to improve the happiness and enhance the internal driving force of farmers.Hebei Province has a large rural population base,with a large number of rural towns,so it is an important issue to improve the happiness of farmers and the environment of the rural areas.This article analyzes the reasons that restrict the supply of rural basic public services in Hebei Province from three aspects:the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the supply system of basic public services in rural areas,and the communication approaches of farmers,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the local government.
