不同遮阴处理对泰山黄精光合作用的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探究遮阴对泰山黄精光合作用的影响,设置5个不同程度的遮阴处理,分别为R1(不遮阴全光照,CK,)、R2(遮阴20%,1层遮阳网)、R3(遮阴40%,2层遮阳网)、R4(遮阴60%,3层遮阳网)、R5(遮阴80%,4层遮阳网),在黄精盛花期对不同处理进行光合作用参数的测定和分析。结果表明:R3处理的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均达到最大值,而胞间CO_(2)浓度则以R5处理最大。因此,遮阴40%条件下泰山黄精的光合作用表现最佳。 The effects of different shading treatments on photosynthesis of Taishan Polygonatum were studied by sated up the five different levels of shading treatments,namely,no shade(R1,CK,full sunlight),20% shading(R2,a layer of sun-shade net),40% shading(R3,two-layer sun-shade net),60 % shading(R4,three-layer sun-shade net),and 80% shading(R5,four-layers sun-shade net).The photosynthetic parameters of these five groups of Taishan Polygonatum at the blooming stage were measured and analyzed.The results show that the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate all reached the maximum with R3 treatment(40% shading);while the intercellular CO_(2) concentration reached the maximum with R5 treatment(80% shading).Therefore,it was concluded that the best performance value was obtained by the shading 40%.
