建筑业作为我国经济发展的支柱产业,正从高速发展向高质量发展转型。数字化、工业化是建筑业高质量发展的重要基础。建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的深入应用正推动我国建筑业进行又一次历史性的变革。深入了解当前我国BIM发展现状有助于推动我国BIM应用可持续高质量发展。通过分析我国在推进建筑信息模型(BIM)普及应用方面一系列政策举措,通过统计分析法分析两届广东省BIM大赛参赛作品及获奖项目的变化,讨论制约BIM应用发展的核心问题,为推动BIM技术在我国深入应用,指导建筑企业实践基于BIM的数字化转型,培养符合企业长远发展的数字建筑人才。

The construction industry as our country’s core component of economic development,is transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development currently.Digitalization and industrialization are the most of important foundations for the construction industry.Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology drives another historic change in our construction market.Deep understanding the current status of BIM development will help us to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of BIM applications in China.Analyzes a series of policy measures about BIM popularization,through the statistical analysis method to analyze the changes of the twice Guangdong BIM competitions around the characteristics of winning projects,discussing the core issues that restrict the development of BIM applications,to promote the in-depth application of BIM technology in our country.On the other hand,it guides construction enterprises to try digital transformation based on BIM,and cultivate digital construction talents who adopt development of enterprises in the future.
