摘要
科学技术的快速发展,促进了装配式建筑向智能化方向发展。结合实例,分析了BIM技术及协同平台在装配式建筑项目的规划、设计、生产、施工管理等方面的具体应用。通过实际应用可发现,通过BIM技术可减少构件设计失误率,对管线综合碰撞有显著的提示作用,在施工阶段,为构件产业化生产提供精准的可视化有效数据,采用BIM协同技术可为施工管理信息化提供可靠保障,有效缩短施工工期,降低建筑施工能耗。
The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the development of prefabricated buildings in the direction of intelligence.Based on the examples,analyzes the specific applications of BIM technology and collaborative platform in the planning,design,production and construction management of prefabricated building projects.Through practical application,it can be found that the component design error rate can be reduced through BIM technology,and the comprehensive collision of pipelines can have a significant prompting effect,in the construction stage,accurate and visual data are provided for the industrialization of components,and the use of BIM collaboration technology can provide a reliable guarantee for construction management informatization,effectively reduce the construction period,and reduce building construction energy consumption.
