佛山某大底盘双塔结构设计

摘要 佛山某大底盘双塔项目高190.5 m,位于南海区,主要功能为产业用房及相关配套。主要介绍大底盘双塔的结构设计方法。项目采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,在2层和3层存在局部框支转换。多塔和分塔模型的计算结果表明:结构具有良好的刚度,在转换层、裙房顶不存在突变;施工图设计时采用多模型包络。采用正交双截面设计法进行补充复核,转换层上两层采用带边框的钢板剪力墙,有效减小墙厚。水平力在裙房楼板中的传递路径复杂,根据地震作用和温度效应下的楼板应力分析结果适当加大板厚、双层双向配置楼板钢筋,并采取设置后浇带、优化混凝土浇筑顺序等施工措施。大震作用下的最大层间位移角小于1/120,各类构件均达到预设的性能目标,结构满足“大震不倒”的要求。 Located in Nanhai district of Foshan,a twin-tower structure with enlarged base is a complex building of office and commercial buildings whose height is 190.5 m.The paper introduces the structural design of twin-tower structure with enlarged base.RC shear wall system is adopted in the project with local frame-support shear-wall on 2nd and 3rd floor.The calculation results of multi-tower and separate tower models show that the structure has good stiffness,and there is no abrupt change in the transfer floors and roof of podium.Multi-model envelope is used in construction drawing design.Orthogonal cross-section design method is adopted for supplementary review,and steel plate shear wall with frame is adopted for the upper two floors of the transfer floors to effectively reduce its thickness.The load path of horizontal action in floors of podium is complicated.According to the analysis results of floor stress under earthquake and temperature effect,the slab thickness is appropriately increased,and the rebars are arranged in double layers and direction.Moreover,some construction measures such as setting post-pouring belt and optimizing concrete pouring sequence are taken.The maximum story drift under rare earthquake is less than 1/120,and all kinds of components have reached the preset performance target,and the structure meets the requirement of“no collapse under rare earthquake”.
