某部分框支剪力墙结构转换层设计 被引量:4

摘要 某项目位于广东省深圳市福田区,地面以上结构屋面高度为242.15 m,最大高宽比为11.1。采用带部分框支转换的剪力墙结构体系,地面以上5层主要功能为商业,5层以上主要功能为办公。转换构件采用型钢混凝土构件,转换层位于5层楼面,属于高位转换。通过罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,以及对转换层楼板进行应力分析,结果表明结构满足抗震性能目标,并针对关键部位补充了加强措施。 A project is located in Futian District,Shenzhen City.The roof height above ground is 242.15 meters,and the maximum aspect ratio is 11.1.This project adopts a shear wall structure system with partial structural transfer member,the main function of the 5th floor above ground is business,and the main function of the above 5th floor is office.The structural transfer members are steel-concrete components,and the transfer story is located on the fifth story,which is a high-level transition.Through the elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure,and analysis and design the in-surface stress of the transfer story’s floor slabs,the results show that the structure meets the performance objectives,the strengthening measures have been added to the key parts of structure.
