摘要
介绍了广西南国铜业有限责任公司1 200 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸系统设计和生产运行情况。针对生产过程中出现的转化工序热管锅炉部分热管失效、升温速率较慢,以及循环酸输送管道和尾气脱硫系统管道堵塞等问题,对制酸系统进行了改进。改进后,制酸系统的转化率达到99.85%以上,吸收率达到99.99%,有机胺脱硫系统的外排尾气中ρ(SO_(2))≤50 mg/m^(3)。装置的关键设备首次实现国产化,各项技术和经济指标均达到或超过设计值,对新建或改造项目具有一定的借鉴价值。
The design and production operation of the 1 200 kt/a copper smelting flue gas acid-making system in Guangxi Nanguo Copper Co., Ltd. are introduced. In view of the failure of some heat pipes of the heat pipe boiler and the slow heating rate in the conversion process, and the blockage of the circulating acid transmission pipeline and the exhaust gas desulfurization system pipeline in the production process, the acid production system has been improved. After the improvement, the conversion rate of the acid-making system reaches more than 99.85%, the absorption rate reaches 99.99%, and the ρ(SO_(2)) in the exhaust gas of the organic amine desulfurization system is less than or equal to 50 mg/m^(3). The key equipments of the device have been localized for the first time, and various technical and economic indicators have reached or exceeded the design value, which has certain reference value for new construction or renovation projects.
