摘要
介绍了河南中原黄金冶炼厂有限责任公司离子液脱硫联产高浓度SO_(2)装置的工艺方案、工艺流程、主要设备及运行情况。通过技术改造,采用离子液脱硫工艺处理制酸尾气及环集烟气,将脱硫产出的解吸气进行干燥提纯后制备φ(SO_(2))99.9%的高浓度SO_(2)气体,作为还原剂用于硒还原工序,降低了公司的生产成本。经过三年的生产运行,该工艺成熟可靠、运行平稳,各项指标达到设计要求,既满足了环保烟气治理需求,又实现了硫资源的回收利用,环保效益和经济效益显著。
The process plan, process flow, main equipments and operation of ionic liquid desulphurization unit for high concentration SO_(2) production in Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter Co., Ltd. are introduced. Through technical transformation, the ionic liquid desulfurization process is used to treat acid production tail gas and flue gas from environmental smoke collection system, and the desorbed gas produced by desulfurization is dried and purified to produce high-concentration SO_(2) gas with φ(SO_(2)) 99.9%, which is used as a reducing agent for selenium. The reduction process reduces the company’s production costs. After three years of production and operation, the process is mature and reliable, runs smoothly, and all indicators meet the design requirements, which not only meets the needs of environmental protection flue gas treatment, but also realizes the recovery and utilization of sulphur resources, with significant environmental protection and economic benefits.
