蒙古栎早烘病发生过程中生理指标的变化规律

Changes of Physiological Indexes During the Occurrence of Quercus Mongolica′s Abnormally Withered Disease

摘要 以根刈5 a生蒙古栎植株为试验材料,研究早烘病发生过程中叶片及根部生理指标的变化规律。结果表明:蒙古栎叶片中叶绿素含量随着叶片发病严重度的增长而逐渐减少,叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)浓度随着早烘病叶片发病严重度的增长而增加,根系活力随着早烘病病情指数的增加而下降。 The changes of physiological indexes of leaves and roots during the occurrence of the abnormally withered disease were studied using the 5-year-old root-cut Quercus mongolica as experimental materials,the results show that the chlorophyll content in the leaves decreases gradually with the increase of severity of the diseased leaves,the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)in leaves goes up with the leaf severity.The root activity declines with the increase of early drying index.
