摘要
为了提升6-DZF-20电动助力车用电池的小片极板重量合格率,首先通过六西格玛工具找出关键因素—涂板,然后用六西格玛DMAIC对涂板工艺进行参数优化和验证,将小片极板的重量合格率由57.7%提高到75.5%,最后结合TRIZ工具关键难题进行改善,使小片极板的重量合格率达到了90%。
In order to improve the qualification rate of small plate weight of the 6-DZF-20 batteries for electric bicycles,the key factor of coating plate was firstly identified by six Sigma tool,and then the parameter of coating plate process were optimized and verified by six Sigma DMAIC.The qualification rate of the small plate weight was increased from 57.7%to 75.5%.Finally,combined with the key problems of TRIZ tool,the weight qualification rate of the small plate reached 90%.
