生活垃圾处置园区安全与环境智慧平台的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Intelligent Platform for Safety and Environmental of MSW Treatment Park

随着城市生活垃圾处置园区的规范化和我国数字化技术的迅速发展,数字化、智慧化监管和在线监测技术已逐渐应用于垃圾填埋和处置行业。以某环境园为例,阐述了智慧化监测平台在垃圾综合处置园区的应用。该智慧平台包括生活垃圾填埋堆体的在线监测、垃圾处置园区大气和水环境监测、园区日常运营监管等。通过在线监测垃圾填埋堆体和环境园区恶臭气体的排放,综合评估垃圾填埋堆体的安全性和稳定性以及园区的环境空气质量,初步实现园区在线监测和智慧监管。

With the standardization of MSW disposal parks and the rapid development of digital technology in China,the digital,intelligent supervision and online monitoring technologies were gradually applied to the landfill and disposal industry.An environmental park was taken as an example,the application of a intelligent monitoring platform in a comprehensive waste disposal park was elaborated.The intelligent platform included online monitoring of MSW landfill piles,monitoring of atmospheric and water environment in the waste disposal park,and supervision of daily operation.Through online monitoring of landfill piles and the emissions of odor gases from the environmental park,the safety and stability of the landfill piles and the ambient air quality of the park were comprehensively assessed.The online monitoring and intelligent supervision system of the park has been preliminarily realized.
