热毒宁注射液联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗手足口病的效果和安全性

The Effect and Safety of Reduning Injection Combined with Interferon Atomization in the Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的评估热毒宁注射液联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗手足口病的效果和安全性。方法选取2019年5月—2021年7月该院行手足口病治疗的168例患儿为研究对象。依据治疗方式差异分为对照组和观察组,每组84例。对照组予以利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组则予以热毒宁注射液与干扰素雾化吸入联合治疗。评估比对两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及治疗前后炎症因子水平情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.43%)较大程度高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.919,P=0.005);观察组发热消失时间(2.23±1.18)d与口腔溃疡愈合时间(3.01±0.85)d均较大程度短于对照组(3.35±1.67)、(3.93±0.95)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.020、6.615,P<0.001);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(1.05±0.36)μg/L、C反应蛋白(1.26±0.37)mg/L及白细胞介素6(2.24±0.76)ng/L水平均较大程度低于对照组(2.32±0.75)μg/L、(2.69±0.68)mg/L、(3.74±0.94)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=13.991、16.930、11.373,P<0.001)。结论相较于传统利巴韦林注射液治疗方式,在治疗手足口病时应用热毒宁注射液联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗的效果显著,能有效提高治疗有效率,促进患者恢复,提高治疗安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection combined with interferon nebulization in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods Selected 168 children with hand-foot-mouth disease treatment in the hospital from May 2019 to July 2021.According to the difference of treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin injection,and the observation group was treated with Reduning injection combined with interferon atomization inhalation.Assessd and compared the treatment effect,the time of symptom disappearance,and the level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.43%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.919,P=0.005);and the disappearance time of fever(2.23±1.18)d,the healing time of oral ulcers(3.01±0.85)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(3.35±1.67)d,(3.93±0.95)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.020,6.615,P<0.001);tumor necrosis factor-α(1.05±0.36)μg/L,C-reactive protein(1.26±0.37)mg/L and interleukin 6(2.24±0.76)ng/L levels in the observation group were lower than the control group(2.32±0.75)μg/L,(2.69±0.68)mg/L,(3.74±0.94)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.991,16.930,11.373,P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the traditional ribavirin injection therapy,the application of Reduning injection combined with interferon aerosol inhalation therapy in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment,promote the recovery of patients,and improve the safety of treatment.
