摘要
通过对彩色铜铟镓硒(CIGS)光伏发电技术应用于建筑光伏一体化(BIPV)的科技示范项目——海南省陵水县珊瑚宫殿商业中心光伏示范建筑(下文简称为“彩色CIGS-BIPV示范建筑”)的建设和运行情况进行分析,研究了彩色光伏幕墙在商业建筑的布局、彩色光伏建筑外观的设计表达、彩色CIGS-BIPV组件的设计制造、彩色CIGS-BIPV组件在光伏幕墙的排布、彩色CIGS-BIPV组件的构造体系和光伏幕墙装配方法等系列技术,对彩色CIGS-BIPV技术路线进行了探索。通过实际验证,该彩色CIGS-BIPV示范建筑在各种气候、环境乃至极端天气下的运行始终安全、可靠。
This paper analyzes the construction and operation of scientific and technological demonstration project where the colored CIGS PV power generation techology is applied to BIPV——the PV demonstration building of coral palace commercial center in Lingshui County,Hainan Province(hereinafter referred to as“colored CIGS-BIPV demonstration building”),and studies a series of technologies of layout of colored PV curtain wall in commercial buildings,expression of colored PV building in appearance design,design and manufacture of colored CIGS-BIPV modules,the layout of colored CIGS-BIPV modules in PV curtain wall,the structural system of colored CIGS-BIPV modules and the assembly method of PV curtain wall,and the technical route of colored CIGS-BIPV is explored.Through practical verification,the operation of the colored CIGS-BIPV demonstration building has always been safe and reliable in various climates,environments and even extreme weather.
