摘要
针对水上光伏电站中光伏组件采用人工清洗方式时清洗效率低、人工成本高、存在涉水风险等情况,介绍了一种应用于水上光伏电站的光伏组件清洗无人船系统。该光伏组件清洗无人船系统搭载喷淋系统、激光雷达、水体监测传感器等设备,在国家电投淮南窑河200 MW_(p)“渔光互补”光伏电站中首次投入使用,对62MW水上光伏组件完成了自动清洗,累计航行45h,总航行里程约166 km。对采用与未采用光伏组件清洗无人船系统清洗的光伏阵列区的发电量进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,使用光伏组件清洗无人船系统进行喷淋清洗后,光伏阵列区的发电量提升比例基本在2%以上,验证了该光伏组件清洗无人船系统的可靠性和可用性。
Aiming at the low cleaning efficiency,high labor cost and wading risk of PV modules in PV power station above water when manual cleaning is adopted,a PV module cleaning unmanned surface vessel(USV)system applied to PV power station above water is introduced.The PV module cleaning USV system is equipped with spraying system,lidar,water monitoring sensor and other equipment.It has been put into use for the first time in Huainan Yaohe 200 MW_(p)“fishing and PV complementation”PV power station of the State Power Investment Corporation Limited.It has completed automatic cleaning of 62 MW PV modules above water,with a total sailing of 45 h and a total sailing mileage of about 166 km.A comparative test is conducted on the power generation capacity of the PV array areas cleaned with or without the PV module cleaning USV system.The test results show that after the PV module cleaning USV system is used for spray cleaning,the proportion of power generation capacity increase in PV array area is basically more than 2%,which verifies the reliability and availability of the PV module cleaning USV system.
