摘要
开发了一套基于AutoCAD的分布式光伏电站设计软件,该软件适用于平屋顶、斜屋顶及彩钢瓦等安装场景的分布式光伏电站的设计。该软件中的排布图操作模块能自动生成光伏组件排布图,不仅能进行障碍物阴影分析,还能自动删除排布图中被障碍物遮挡的光伏组件;光伏方阵设计模块能自动绘制出光伏支架的结构图;安装详图模块能自动绘制出安装示意图;总平面图设计模块能进行逆变器的布置、低压并网柜的布置、桥架的设计、接地线的布置、接地系统的统计、施工线路的统计、清洁系统的设计、检修通道的设计与统计。该软件将多项功能集成化,极大提高了设计效率,大幅降低了分布式光伏电站在前期、可研、施工等各阶段的设计时间。
This paper develops a set of distributed PV power station design software based on AutoCAD,which is suitable for distributed PV power station design of flat roof,sloping roof and color steel tile installation scenarios.The layout diagram operation module in the software can automatically generate the layout diagram of PV modules,which can not only analyze the shadow of obstacles,but also automatically delete the PV modules blocked by obstacles in the layout diagram.The PV array design module can automatically draw the structure diagram of the PV bracket.The installation detail module can automatically draw the installation schematic diagram.The general plan design module can carry out the layout of the inverter,the low-voltage grid-connected cabinet,the design of the bridge,the layout of the grounding wire,the statistics of the grounding system,the construction line statistics,cleaning system design,and maintenance channel design and statistics.The software integrates multiple functions,which greatly improves the design efficiency and greatly reduces the design time of distributed PV power stations in the early stage,feasibility study,construction and other stages.
