摘要
以德国博世公司生产的高压共轨燃油系统为例,基于其工作原理和基本结构,利用AMESim软件建立了喷油器和高压油泵的仿真模型,并经实验验证了模型建立的准确性。通过建立的仿真模型,改变高压油泵的结构参数和喷油器的喷油脉宽,分析了喷油器的喷油特性,为共轨高压油泵的设计和优化提供理论参考。
Take the typical high-pressure common-rail fuel system produced by Bosch as an example,based on their working principle and basic structure,and the use of AMESim software,establish a fuel injector and high-pressure oil pump simulation model,at the same time verify the accuracy of model establishment through experimental data.Through the establishment of simulation model,change the structure parameters of high-pressure pump and injector oil injection pulse width,and analyze the injector’s fuel injection characteristics.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of common-rail high-pressure oil pump.
