摘要 为实现模切机轧切橡胶组件过程自动化,减小人工控制误差,设计了基于PLC控制、液压伺服、人机交互界面的自动化模切机设备。以三菱FX3U的PLC为控制核心,人机界面作为信息交互界面,液压伺服传动作为动力,完成了电液控制系统的硬件选型和软件编程设计。实际运行中,设备运行安全可靠,控制操作方便,效率高。 In order to realize the automation of rolling and cutting rubber components by die-cutting machine and reduce the error caused by manual control,an automatic die-cutting machine based on PLC control,hydraulic servo and man-machine interface is designed.With PLC of Mitsubishi FX3U as control core,man-machine interface as information exchange interface and hydraulic servo drive as power,the hardware selection and software programming design of electro-hydraulic control system are completed.Actual operation performance:the equipment runs safely and reliably,with convenient control and operation and high efficiency.
