螺旋过滤机设计工艺计算

摘要 螺旋过滤机的工作过程是在螺旋体转动作用下,固液混和物沿过滤槽斜向上方输送并完成固液过滤分离,过滤分离后的固体物料经螺旋体输送排出。该设备可连续过滤,生产能力大,能耗低,操作简单。本文以硝酸钾晶体料液采用螺旋过滤机过滤为例,简要介绍螺旋过滤机的主要结构原理,并对螺旋过滤机过滤面积、过滤槽尺寸、螺旋轴轴径、螺旋直径与螺距、螺旋轴转速、电机功率进行设计计算。 The working process of the spiral filter is that under the action of the spiral body,the solid-liquid mixture is transported obliquely upward along the filter tank to complete the solid-liquid filtration and separation,and the filtered and separated solid materials are conveyed and discharged through the spiral body. The equipment can filter continuously,with large production capacity,low energy consumption and simple operation. In this paper,taking the potassium nitrate crystal feed liquid using the screw filter as an example,the main structural principle of the screw filter is briefly introduced,and the filtering area of the screw filter,the size of the filter tank,the diameter of the screw shaft,the diameter and pitch of the screw,the rotating speed of the screw shaft and motor power are designed and calculated.
