本文结合标准对换热器的部分常见设计问题(例如防短路挡板的设置位置、防冲板的设置条件、换热器进出口的流通面积计算以及法兰的设计等)进行分析总结,给换热器的工程设计提供一定参考。

This paper in combination with the standards analyzes and summarizes some common design issues of heat exchangers( such as the setting position of anti-short-circuit baffles,the setting conditions of impingement baffles,the calculation of the flow area of the inlet and outlet of heat exchanger and the design of flanges,etc.),which provided a certain reference for the engineering design of the heat exchanger.
