摘要 不间断电源(Uninterrupted Power Supply,UPS)作为集控室的应急电源,有着不可替代的作用。对UPS的组成结构和工作原理进行阐述,并比较几种不同类型UPS的优缺点。通过审查图纸,发现某船集控室UPS的设计存在重大缺陷,该缺陷会造成UPS电解液干涸,进而加速UPS蓄电池的损坏。经分析,提出设计缺陷的优化方案,可有效提高集控室UPS的可靠性和安全性。 Uninterrupted Power Supply(UPS),as the emergency power of the centralized control room,has an irreplaceable role.The structure and working principle of UPS are expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages of several different types of UPS are compared.By reviewing the drawings,it is found that there is a major defect in the design of the UPS in the centralized control room of a certain ship.This defect will cause the UPS electrolyte to dry up,thereby accelerating the damage of the UPS battery.After analysis,an optimization scheme for design defects is proposed,which can effectively improve the reliability and safety of the UPS in the centralized control room.
