摘要
利用基于MEMS技术的SIMC-3120便携式近红外光谱仪,采集632个白酒酒醅样品的漫反射光谱,将所得的950~1650 nm波段范围内的光谱数据进行多元散射校正(MSC)预处理,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立出入窖样品水分、酸度和淀粉的定性、定量分析模型。结果表明,SIMC-3120可以利用更少数量样本实现快速建模,实现酒醅入窖和出窖水分、酸度和淀粉含量的检测,并对模型和预测结果进行了详细分析,各项指标误差分别控制在1.2%、0.3 mmol/10 g和0.9%以内,与进口仪器水平相当,能满足酒醅参数准确检测和快速配粮的生产要求,且设备形小体轻、价格便宜、使用方便,可广泛应用于各大、中、小型白酒企业。
The near infrared diffuse reflection spectrograms of 632 fermented grains samples were collected with the MEMS-based portable near infrared spectrometer SIMC-3120, and the spectral data in the range of 950 nm to 1650 nm were preprocessed by using multiple scattering correction. Based on the partial least squares method, the qualitative and quantitative analysis models for the moisture, acidity and starch of the fermented grains were established. The results showed that, SIMC-3120 could realize rapid modeling with less samples, and the errors of each index were controlled within 1.2 %, 0.3 mmol/10 g and 0.9 %, respectively. SIMC-3120could meet the requirements for rapid and accurate detection of fermented grains parameters, and was small in size, cheap in price and convenient to use, which could be widely applied in Baijiu enterprises.
