膜技术处理酿酒废水及资源回收的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 酿酒废水具有产量大、成分复杂、难降解,含高浓度化学需氧量、生化需氧量、氨氮、总氮、总磷、悬浮物和pH值低等特点,传统的废水处理工艺对污染物消减形成了能耗高、物耗高的处理模式,导致了污染物减少排放,但是温室气体却增加了排放的局面,与碳中和、碳达峰可持续发展理念不相契合。膜技术作为近年来一种新型的废水处理工艺,在污染物的消减、节能减排以及资源回收等三大综合目标中发挥了极其重要的作用。本文在指出了现有的酿酒废水处理工艺存在的主要问题基础上,对不同膜技术工艺(MBR、MBBR、MSBR)在酿酒工业废水处理中的应用情况及研究进展做了简单的介绍并提出了合理建议,期望对酿酒废水的处理及资源回收提供借鉴。 Liquor-making wastewater has the characteristics of large output, complex composition, low pH value, refractory, etc., and contains high concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD), biochemical oxygen demand(BOD), ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and suspended solids. Traditional wastewater treatment processes have the defects of high energy consumption and high material consumption, resulting in increasing the emission of greenhouse gases while reducing the emission of pollutants. As a new wastewater treatment technology, the membrane technology plays an important role in pollutant reduction, energy saving, emission reduction, and resource recovery. On the basis of pointing out the main problems of the existing wastewater treatment processes,the paper introduces the application of different membrane technologies(MBR, MBBR, MSBR) in the treatment of liquor-making wastewater, and puts forward some suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the treatment and resource recovery of liquor-making wastewater.
