The digital age has seen more frequent data collection and data use of enterprises.Owing to imperfect data storage and inadequate supervision mechanism,data compliance has become indispensable.However,when carrying out data compliance,enterprises face not only risks of infringing rights to personal information,trade secret,consumers’interests and fair deals,but also obstruction in implementation such as insufficient power of data compliance,ineffective crackdown on procedural torts,poor coordination of supervision among departments,unclear responsibilities of data compliance for third party,inadequate legal guidance,etc.To prevent those risks and break through the above-mentioned obstruction,it is not only necessary for enterprises to take the initiative to carry out data compliance beforehand and make specific plans of procedural compliance,but it is also a must to strengthen the inter-departmental coordination,clarify the subject responsibilities and improve corresponding legal systems.
