硝酸铵夹套管配管设计优化方案

摘要 硝酸铵熔点高、受热易分解,在生产输送过程中易结晶固化,高温下易发生爆炸,为了保障其安全输送,需严格控制温度并采用夹套管伴热。以某硝基高塔复合肥工程为例,介绍了了从硝酸铵管线特点、配管要求以及配管原则等方面,对硝酸铵夹套管线的配管设计进行了研究,并提出其优化设计方案。 Ammonium nitrate, with a high melting point, is easy to decompose when heated, and easy to crystallize and solidify during the process of production and transportation, and explode at high temperature. In order to ensure safe transportation, temperature is strictly controlled jacketed pipes are used for heat tracing. Taking a nitro-compound fertilizer unit with high prilling tower as an example, the characteristics, requirements and design principles of ammonium nitrate piping are introduced. Study on the design of ammonium nitrate jacketed pipes is conducted, and design optimization scheme is put forward.
