薄膜成型工艺及其性能研究

摘要 以低密度聚乙烯为原料,通过吹膜机加工成型以及透光率/雾度测定仪测试其性能,阐述“吹塑薄膜及其性能测试”实训课程的实验意义、实验目的、实验原理、实验操作步骤、实验结果等。 Based on the low density polyethylene as raw material,through the blown film machining molding and light transmittance/fog tester to determine its performance,the entire process surrounding the blown film and its performance testing training courses experimental significance,the purpose of the experiment,the experimental principle,experimental steps and the experimental results that should be paid attention to. Light transmittance and hazy degree are two important performance indicators of translucent and transparent materials. The light transmittance indicates the light transmittance ability of the material,and the hazy degree is the unclear degree of the material.
